Fortune Teller

The fortune teller is a small paper child's toy that many will remember from their youth. In this project, the fortune teller teller has been recreated in twine as a digital intractable.  Inspired by forms of cultural acupuncture, this piece uses the chosen narrative of the fortune teller to direct participants to engage with themes of wellness, self-health and community safety. Fortunes are links to Covid-19 resources, website for mindfulness, or tips for relaxation.
